House Rules

Additional: Please note, this condo accommodates a maximum of 6 people, including children. We cannot allow more people in this property. House Rules: Parking: This building has assigned parking for the guest and is located on the basement level and has a 7ft. clearance. Please note that there is only one parking space per unit and there is NO guest parking available. You will find the key fob in the provided lock box. You will also be required to scan the code to access the guest check-in form online. All guests are required to submit the form upon arrival. Before your departure, please make sure that you leave the key fob in the lockbox. Neighborly Conduct. You will be staying in a privately owned property that has neighbors. Please ensure that you act in a neighborly and courteous manner towards your neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum before 8:00 am and after 10:00 pm. Violation of this rule may result in fine Please treat the property, its furniture, fittings, utensils and other facilities with all due care and respect. Please treat the property and the neighbors with the respect you would want others to treat yours. No pets, no smoking (even on the balcony/lanai). $250 minimum fee if you smoke in the unit during your stay. Only people listed on AirBnB listing allowed in unit without prior permission. If you have more people in the unit without permission than on your reservation there is a $100 per person extra charge. No parties or events are allowed in the unit. The minimum fine for unauthorized events will be $500 + condo association fine for cleanup. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use building amenities. Furnishings: Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, kitchen equipment, utensils, or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be moved. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings over normal wear, will be charged to you. All contents of the home are the property of the owner. If something should break, you must notify Midway before check-out so that a replacement can be made. Guests are not permitted to alter the wiring of the television. House rules are included in the unit. Please note the building has very good security cameras and any rule violations are caught by the building manager very easily if not in person but by camera, they are very strict. Any fee charged you are responsible for. INDEMNITY. GUEST SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (“RELEASED PARTIES”), FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, SUITS, DAMAGES, COSTS, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ALL ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND LEGAL EXPENSES, INCURRED BY ANY OR ALL OF THEM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR RENTAL, OR USE OF ANY AMENITIES, COMMON AREAS, POOLS, HOT TUBS, SPAS, SAUNAS, BALCONIES, CONTENTS, BODY BOARDS, BEACH CHAIRS, SNORKELS, OR ANY OTHER ACCESSORIES. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGE, THEFT, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR RENTAL. This place is in the middle of the city so please take this review with that in mind. We had a couple of glitches with the rental. We had issues with AC and window in the bathroom, both of which were fixed in little over a day. Our parking was in the basement and since this is an older building, the parking was extremely tight for our minivan. The host was responsive and kept me posted on everything that was going on. The unit is definitely remodeled and clean. The price point was a bit high but we were there in Dec. I would definitely consider them if we decide to visit there again.
