What is included in your custom price quote?

Your all-inclusive quote (in U.S. dollars) includes:

• The base rental amount (for the daily or weekly rate)
• Departure cleaning fee
• Guest Service Fee
• Damage Protection Plan
• State/local taxes

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-ins are at 3:00 PM.Check-outs are by 10:00 AM. 
An earlier check-in may be arranged, if needed. If you wish to check in between 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM, an additional fee of $50 will be assessed. If you wish to check in from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM, then an additional fee of $75 will be charged. Early check-ins are subject to availability (as another guest may be checking out the same day you check in). Any check-in requests before 10:00 AM require an additional night to be booked.

Check-outs are by 10:00 AM. 
A later check-out may also be arranged. If you wish to extend your checkout time until 1:00 PM, an additional fee of $50 will be charged. If you wish to extend your checkout time until 3:00 PM, an additional fee of $75 will be charged, subject to availability. A later checkout time than 3:00 PM would also require an additional night to be booked.

What items are included in my condo?

At Midway Vacations, we believe that your vacation should feel like an extension of home. When you rent one of our privately owned vacation hales, we make it our goal to provide you with all the tools needed to benefit your experience, including:

• Linens: bed linens, blankets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen towels
• Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
• Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle, rice cooker,  dishes, flatware, and cookware
• Basic cleaning supplies: broom, Swiffer mop, vacuum, all-purpose cleaner
• Basic beach items such as folding beach chairs and a cooler for snack and drinks
• Aloha Starter Pack of commonly used items: coffee single pack, coffee filters, sugar, paper towels, sponge, dish soap, laundry detergent single pack, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion, tissue box, and toilet paper

Please note: Starter Pack items are not restocked during your stay. We do not provide beach umbrellas or boogie boards

Can you accommodate special requests?

Are you vacationing for a special occasion? Are you travelling with young children and need a playpen for sleeping?

At Midway Vacations, we understand how important every detail of your trip is, and we want to make sure it is amazing. We will always do our best to accommodate special requests. Please contact us before booking or as soon as possible after booking to see if we are able to accommodate your special request. Please note, additional fees or charges may apply.

Will my unit be cleaned daily?

Your vacation rental will be cleaned from top to bottom before your arrival by our professional team of cleaners. While many guests do not wish to have cleaning services performed during their stay, we do offer mid-stay cleaning services for those who would like to have their rental refreshed! Please contact us in advance of your arrival for more information and to get this service scheduled.

Midstay Cleaning Service includes:
• Replacing a full set of linens and towels
• Sweeping or vacuuming floors
• Wiping kitchen and bathroom counters
• Emptying trash cans
• Note: Blanket and mattress pad replacement are not included. Dishes will not be washed.

This service may only be available for units located in specific buildings. Please contact us to confirm we can provide this service where you are staying.

Rates:
• Studio Unit: $69
• 1 Bedroom Unit: $75
• 2 Bedroom Unit: $99

Extra Linens and Amenities:
We also offer additional linens and amenities at an additional charge should you need them during your stay! From blankets and beach towels to pillow cases, sheets, and soaps. Please contact us for our pricing sheet and to make arrangements.

Is full payment required at time of booking?

It depends on the timing of your booking. If you book 30 days or more in advance, then only 30% of the total cost is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date and will be automatically charged to the credit card you place on file. If payment in full is not received by Midway 30 days prior to guest arrival, your reservation may be subject to cancellation without refund.

If you book less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking.

What is our cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policies vary depending on which platform the reservations are made, as we have to adapt to the options offered by each platform.

If you booked on our webpage, via Booking.com, or on VRBO:
The reservation deposit of 30% of the booking amount is non-refundable, and your remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, only the cleaning fee and vacation damage waiver will be refunded.

If you booked your reservation on Airbnb:
Full refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the initial booking are available if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in are also available. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

We encourage all our guests to purchase travel insurance, which can protect you and your travel companions for issues that include (but are not limited to):

• Rental car damage
• Medical issues
• COVID-19 illness
• Baggage and personal property loss
• Job loss
• Cancelled flights
• Injury

How do you ensure security between bookings?

Midway Vacations prioritizes the security of our property owners and guests. To ensure this, we utilize a Smart Door Lock that changes door codes between each guest stay. our staff is assigned unique codes, and logs are maintained to ensure unauthorized entry is prevented.
